Rocky Mountain National Park

Rocky Mountain National Park definitely makes my short list for all-time favorite outdoor spots. It has the feel of a mini Patagonia but is much closer to home. I fortunately had the chance to make a quick, but memorable, winter trip.

Bear Lake

12/2/21 After the adventure to Sky Pond, I had just enough time before dark to drive up to Bear Lake, one of the iconic tourist spots in the park. Another picturesque frozen lake.
