Cuyamaca Rancho State Park

5/31/20  A nice 5 mile loop on the West Mesa Trail near Japacha Peak. Great singletrack through meadows and chapparal. Just be careful of the killer flies!

4/19/20  A great 8 mile 1,500' gain out and back up to Oakzanita Peak via the Descanso Creek Trail. Nice singletrack the whole way.

4/5/19  Out and back to Cuyamaca Peak, the second highest peak in San Diego County. The portion on the Conejos trail has a creek running down the trail for almost a mile.

3/22/20  A nice 5 mile 1,000' gain loop within Cuyamaca Rancho State Park. Up to Stonewall Peak and then down the Cold Stream trail.
